Agriculture

While agriculture has undergone a great deal of changes with modern crop farming practices, global pressures still make farming an un-predictable occupation.

Farming and its associated businesses need to constantly adapt and evolve to ensure the well being of our country side and for future generations. As land and climate change continue to be issues it is more important than ever that the farming industry learns and develops ways of producing quality food for the demands of society.

British Industry - the last 50 years - end of an era

Industry has played an important role in Britain and now we see the demise of many of this countries industrial sites. Many areas such as mining, ship building, steel production and local crafts are still alive in the memories of many people in this country.
If you are one of these workers and have pictures or stories to tell... please contact us

The last 50 years have seen major changes and ABV has decided to capture and save as much of the photographic records of this period as possible..
